Coaching Staff will remote into your gaming console for lessons

We have assembled highly experienced competitors to coach your gamer on various aspects of gaming. Your Gold Medal Gaming Coach will remote into your gaming system and start sharing their knowledge and evaluate the student’s skills on their favorite game. After this new fun introduction he/she will begin to explain the Gold Medal Gamers teaching curriculum which will consist of a series of levels, in a progression order, to develop their core skills, and get them on track to develop their inner ability. Having the proper basics, just like in physical sports, is key to developing good habits as they grow into a competitor. You may also choose to invite your gamer’s friends to join the classes. When they reach a certain level they will be ready to enter our Gold Medal Tournaments where they will compete against gamers at their own level for awards and leaderboard points.

Physical Exercise is an important part of gamer training

Parents struggle with getting their children off the couch and into physical activities. Our coaches will stress the importance of exercise to become a good gamer. Competitive pros have physical training regimens as well as mental training. Our teaching system will have exercise incentives to motivate the gamers to achieve strength skills as well as gaming skills. Making exercise fun is our specialty.

Level-Ups & Leaderboards

In our patented teaching curriculum we have developed a series of levels to reach, just like a real video game. Requirements for level ups will be based on gaming challenges and skill achievements. Leveling up will bring a feeling of accomplishment and motivation to get to the next level up. Our coaches will also get the students excited about earning points to position themselves on our leaderboard creating further motivation to learn and achieve!

How Does Video Gaming Boost My Child’s Learning Ability?

Were you ever amazed how a little child can just pickup a phone or tablet and start navigating the apps? Kids are developing tech skills younger and younger. While old past views claim that playing video games is intellectually lazy, studies have shown that such play actually strengthens a range of cognitive skills such as spatial navigation, reasoning, memory and perception, according to several studies documented in American Psychologist. A 2013 meta-analysis found that playing shooter video games improved a player’s capacity to think about objects in three dimensions just as well as academic courses designed to enhance these same skills. Playing video games may also help children develop problem-solving skills. According to the long term study, the more adolescents reported playing strategic video games, such as role-playing games, the more they improved in problem solving and their school grades improved.
